At this price point you are extremely limited as to what you have available to you. However, the most important thing to know is that there is a DRASTIC jump in quality if you go with an off brand (chinese) manufacturer. It is in your best interest to stick with the name brands, the leader of which in the drone industry is dji. At this price point you are just going to get the basics and not much else. But what is considered “basic” in today’s technology is quite good compared to what was top of the line a handful of years ago.

Overall these two drones are almost exactly the same, however the mini 2 does have a couple features for professional photography that the mini 4k does not have. New, the mini 2 is more expensive. But if I were choosing between these two, I would personally buy the mini 2 used from the site listed above over a new mini 4k. I still have and use a mini 2 regularly and it is a great grab and go drone that can capture stunning photo/video.
